New keyboard movement commands for simulavr-disp:
- Home key jumps to addr 0x00.
- End key jumps to last sram addr.
- Page Up key moves cursor up a screen of data.
- Page Down key moves cursor down a screen of data.
- 'g' key will allow user to jump (goto) an addr (not fully
implemented, but stubbed out).
