Added async_cb to core struct: Now there are two callback lists in
the core. The old clk_cb list is only for callbacks that should be
called every clock cycle. The new async_cb list is for callbacks

callback code generic.
Removed the callback type field and methods.
Added CK and inst_CKS fields and methods.
