This tool does binarization!!

# Installation
Run ./make

# Usage 
sbb_binarize -m <directory of models> -i <image> 
-p <set it true in order to let model see image in patches> 
-s <provide a directory with a given ouput name and format. The result will be saved here>
  
  example script: sbb_binarize -m ./models -i image.tif -p true -s ./image_bin.tif
